SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY: daily preparation of cold food items, callbacks, tray assembly and dish machine operation. General sanitation of work areas is also part of the kitchen worker's responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read and write the English language.
On the job training provided, but previous food services experience preferred.
Work schedule availability includes weekends and holidays as staffing requirementsdemand.
Required to adhere to departmental dress code ( including any food code regulation items ).
